Designed primarily – but not exclusively - for local authority use, GRANTtracker
is a logical further development of the GRANTfinder process. Not only does it track
the projects from conception to completion, it also monitors project partner contributions
and provides an overall cash-flow schedule.
As the name suggests, GRANTtracker serves the vital function of tracking all incoming
and outgoing funds related to your projects, providing a reporting protocol that
keeps everyone in the organisation in the picture.
GRANTtracker is the ideal system for total budgetary control, assessing matched
funding and justifying expenditure. It also manages non-budgetary matters, reporting
to all concerned and containing the whole bureaucratic process within a user-friendly
package.
Two versions of the package are available, according to need. The Internet version
requires no installation and is accessed by means of a web browser and log-in procedure.
Various levels of user access can be pre-set.
Alternatively, for internal use, a version of GRANTtracker can be supplied on CD.
Again, this provides controlled levels of access and is fully supported as necessary
with version updates. In both versions, a ‘project wizard’ helps fast and easy project
creation.
From a financial management perspective, GRANTtracker:

and also tracks matched funding.

Offers a fully integrated reporting system, encompassing both financial and non-financial
aspects of projects and funding distribution.

of years.
