Hi, I'm Paul. I've spent the last twenty years in the social enterprise and charity sector, and I've built Grant Tracker because I got tired of watching good people spend more time hunting for funding than doing the work the funding was meant to support.
I'm building Grant Tracker with a small group of real users before opening it more widely in June. Not a waitlist or marketing funnel, but a genuine founding cohort of around 20 to 30 organisations whose feedback shapes how Grant Tracker works, who get to try new features first, and who benefit from being here first.

Grant Tracker covers the full UK funding picture: grants, programmes, social investment, and in-kind support. It helps you find what fits your impact, track what you're applying for, and keep on top of deadlines.
It's for UK CICs, charities, social enterprises, co-operatives, and the people doing fundraising work alongside everything else.
600+ live funding opportunities in the catalogue right now, growing each week as new ones come in and old ones expire. They include grants, programmes, social investment and in-kind support, covering UK foundations, government, lottery, and corporate funders.
When you add your organisation profile, Grant Tracker matches you against the catalogue and scores each opportunity for fit. The matching engine checks eligibility against the things that actually disqualify you: legal structure, geography, organisation size. Ineligible opportunities are flagged so you don't waste time chasing them.
Once you find something worth applying for, you can move it into a pipeline view with five stages, from identified through to won or declined, and set deadlines that show up on a calendar. If a deadline is coming up, you'll see it.
The product is working but not finished. There are rough edges in the catalogue (some funders are better-covered than others), in the matching (it gets some things wrong, particularly for less common organisation shapes), and places where the design needs polish. The founding cohort exists in part to find these and tell me about them.
Grant Tracker is built for UK organisations doing social impact work. For the founding cohort specifically, I'm prioritising organisations where I can genuinely learn from how you use the product, and where the product can genuinely help you.

I'm keen to bring together organisations at different stages of fundraising experience and across different sectors. The cohort works best with a range of perspectives, so don't rule yourself out if you're newer to this, and don't assume you're in if you've been doing it for decades.

One condition: cohort benefits, including the founding rate, depend on staying active and staying in touch. If you go quiet for six months, cohort status lapses and you move to standard pricing. Not as a penalty, just to keep the cohort what it's meant to be: a working group, not a free tier.

When do paid signups open?
June 2026. The cohort runs until then, giving us time to iterate on the product based on real use before Grant Tracker opens to everyone. Cohort members keep their founding benefits regardless of when paid signups open to the wider public.
How long will the beta last?
Honest answer: long enough that I can genuinely improve the product based on cohort feedback, short enough that it doesn’t drag. The aim is paid signups in June, with the cohort beta running alongside until the product feels ready.
What will the founding rate actually be?
I’m still working out the standard price, partly through conversations with cohort members. What I can commit to now is that founding rate members will pay meaningfully less than the public price, permanently, for as long as they stay active in the cohort.
What if I don’t hear back?
You will. I commit to replying to every application, usually within a week. If it’s been longer, please email me directly at hello@granttracker.co.uk.
What if the founding cohort is full?
If applications close before you apply, I’ll let you know and keep you on a waitlist for any open spots. And I’ll let you know when paid signups open.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your organisation data stays private to your account. Cohort members are never shared with funders, other organisations, or third parties without explicit permission.
